A Photo of You Taken Recently.
Not just me, but hey. And does February counts as recent? I guess so. And it's kinds blurry, but that's the computer's fault.

A Photo You Took.
Just a random photo I took in my room of my little brother Joel with my bowling pin, which my feet were included in. I like it, just because there's something sorta random about it. I mean, you couldn't really plan it. I was just sitting there screwing around with the camera, which was kinda broken, and Joel was keeping me company with his awful comedy routines, and I thought I'd fixed the camera, so I took a photo. And that's it.

The 30 Day Challenge - Day 8
A Photo That Makes You Angry/Sad.

I'll admit, that sometimes my brother is a pain in the ass and I would love to bash his brians out with rocks. However, I don't, because I am not a sadistic cold-hearted AWFUL PERSON.
Unfortunately, one day, some people thought that it would be hilarious to chuck rocks at some kid they hardly knew while he was walking home from school, resulting in the above photo - which was taken so that my mum could go to the police, who sorted it out.
Seeing this makes me remember how evil the world we live in is. And although I don't like to believe it, when I see this, it makes me feel that William Golding was right - all human beings are essentially cruel savages.

"Watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you, for the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't belive in magic will never find it."
-Roald Dahl
I just think that they're very very good words to live by. And let's face it, Roald Dahl was a genius.

Your Favourite Book.
Argh! Now that is a difficult freaking decision. I need another list.
A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess
Capt. Hook by JV Hart
King Rat by China Mieville
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
Lord of the Flies by William Golding
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by JK Rowling
Trainspotting by Irvine Welsh (eve though I haven't quite finished it...)
But of course there can only be one winner.
Watership Down by Richard Adams.
Okay, it's about rabbits. Some people think rabbits are lame. These rabbits are not lame. Woundwort is one freaking crazy psychopath rabbit. I first read this book when I was like 9, and I've loved it ever since. It is just so amazing. Read it. I know you haven't.

Your Favourite Movie.
Oh jeez, another hard one??
Fine, another (shorter) shortlist:
Schindler's List
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
The Dark Knight
Transamerica
Where the Wild Things Are
A Clockwork Orange
But my favourite, after much deliberaton, is a film that no-one else has seen, I bet. It's probably not to anyone's else's taste. It's pretty weird... It's just so sad, and different, and clever, and the acting is so good, and I just love it. It's basically just a story of one guy's unrequited love for his best friend, and his search for his mother.
My Own Private Idaho.
I'd recommend it, but I don't think anyone else woul enjoy it much. I took a while to warm up to it; the first time I saw it I just thought it was too weird, and a little too dodgy. But now I love it. Lots.

The 30 Day Challenge - Day 1
Your Favourite Song.
Well, okay, we'll start with a hard one. Geez.
Well, I'm gonna have to do a Highly Commended List first.
Malibu, Hole
The Sweets, Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Lazy Confessions, The Moldy Peaches
Pacifier, Shihad
Animal Nitrate, Suede
Supersonic, Oasis
Heart-Shaped Box, Nirvana
Mr. Tambourine Man, Bob Dylan
Handsome and Gretel, Babes in Toyland
Gouge Away, Pixies
Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up), Florence + the Machine
When You Were Young, The Killers
Height Down, Aleka's Attic
But I guess, when I think about it, I have one song that I have loved ever since I can remember, that I can listen to over and over and over again without fail, because it is so so amazing and beautiful and just plain incredible. When the cello and drums come in, that is just amazing to me, still. Everything about ths song is brilliant, and I don't care whether it's about love or lack of, I just can't ever get sick of it.
Wonderwall, Oasis.
Of course, if you asked me again next week, I'd probably say something different. But this is what I decided for today.

The 30 Day Challenge - Day 0
I'm not very good at writing blogs. I don't really have anything to say.
Soo...
I am going to do something extreme.
Gasp!
I am going to do the 30 Day Tumblr Challenge... on Blogger.
Cuz I'm cool.
But it'll be more like the 50-ish Day Challenge, because I don't get on the computer every day, and sometimes I'll forget.
But, hopefully it will be more interesting than anything else I could possibly do here.
And y'all might learn something!!
Soo... here we go.

Cuz You Gotta Share Something...
"Oh, the cactus needs a hug! Go on, make it feel needed. Do it, fuck features. Do it now. Caress the spine."
"Of course it's your tomato. You can do what the fuck you want with it. Except have sex with it."
"You can't do that to a jellyfish. I'm calling the authorities. You dirty jelly molester."
Sleep Talkin' Man.
Because I can't be bothered posting anything more interesting.

I'm BAAAAAACK!!!

Well, hasn't it been awhile??
Do you know why?
It's because I am boring!
But I'm good with that.
Because I am happy, so screw everything else.
Now that's a philosophy!!
Guess who I think is awesome??
...
Other than myself, of course.
...
That's right!
...
David Bowie!!
(You didn't see that one coming, did you?)
Seriously, Rebel Rebel and Drive-In Saturday and Ziggy Stardust are awesome songs.
I finished King Rat awhile ago now, but I just have to say that it was a fantastic (although weird) book. Now I'm reading Trainspotting, which is really really good, but it's hard going because of the Scottish accent it's written in - and of course, some of the doings in there are pretty dodgy.
Arthur, from that kiddie's TV show Arthur, was apparantly an aardvark. What??
SCARF SLAP!!!
Ummity umm...
And that's it.
That's all I have to say.
Yeerp.
Bye bye, catboys.
